Today is my birthday.

I got some surprise. First, my younger sister Echo sent me a big birthday cake from abroad. My kids enjoyed it with me,they sang "happy birthday to me" together. I felt very excited. Echo can remember me all the time and she is my only sister ,I miss her so much.

自家做卤肉的方法

拿三斤肉举例：偏咸

一：20克盐，6个整八角，8片三奈混合炒至黄色，。二，马上加10克白糖，动作要快不能糊并马上掺水适当至少掩盖肉，水一次要馋够，然后加150克老抽豆油和1--2克鸡精，加花椒和适当片片老姜；三，卤的顺序是先猪肉再家禽后牛肉，这步用小火熬，卤水放冰箱课反复使用并加料弥补味道不足。

Today is the crucial time for my students to pass the exam.

Last night, so many students came to visit me to ask me the questions.I was so moved for I haven't expected so many would come.All of them said they loved me so much that they want to study for a little more.As a teacher, what is more impotant than this ? I feel so satisfacted with myself!

开心的开始

2008年在我的满意满足之感觉中迅速过去了。

我和同事们在一起用特殊的方式开启了2009年。我真的感觉很开心。仿佛让我回到了从前那充满笑声，充满欢乐的大学时代。人的一辈子时光短暂，开心认真过好每天真的很重要。原来曾一度老是盼望美妙的结果，忽略了美丽的过程。随着年龄与阅历的增加，慢慢感悟出其实每样东西最美的东西是在过程中，结果其实真的不是最重要的。

所以，我现在很享受儿子，老公，工作，身边的同事，好友等和我在一起度过的时光，珍惜每一次的相聚，我真的在其中感受到了原来没有的幸福。

很多时候我们都在匆匆忙忙中做事情，匆匆忙忙中过日子，很少沉下心来去细细品味生活的美味，聆听自然的声音，感受自己的存在...

2009年，让咱们更加真实地面对和感受你吧！
